Tortola Bungalow

From stunning RVs and yacht interiors to vacation rental homes and hospitality houses, CJ’s designs reflect the personality of the owners or the people they expect to serve. This 450 sq.ft. seasonal rental on the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands was no longer meeting its earning potential when Celesa updated every nook and cranny. Dingy walls and kitchen cabinets with only half the sliding door remaining, an ensuite bathroom with rusty lighting and broken everything were updated, along with new glass-front upper kitchen cabinets doors with contrasting exciting Caribbean colors. Tin workfronts were fitted into new bottom cabinets in the kitchen and lavatory. An office nook takes on new life with super graphic wall treatments duplicating the pattern in the colorful bead room divider. A teak Balainses mirror creates ambiance in the bedroom with new lighting and coordinating mosaic tile countertop that duplicates the tropical motif of tin work-doors and a corner painting, all designed and produced by CJ. A hard core door is padded and upholstered for a new headboard, and exotic Moroccan textiles pennants provide a rich atmosphere for slumber.
